At Elemental Change, our framework simplifies transformative change to its four, core elements; float, flow, fuel and flourish. Although this journey may naturally be interpreted as sequential elements, it rarely operates in a linear nature. Change is a multi-dimensional system, constantly evolving in response to the dynamism of the people within it. Recognising this, we apply freedom within framework, where multiple elements may be tackled in parallel to match the needs of the business and its people.
