Energised by leading complex, international change and transformation programmes, Emma has worked both in-house and as a consultant with businesses across Australasia, Asia, Africa, UK, Canada and Europe to foster and drive change.

Emma launched Elemental Change in 2024 with a vision to support businesses - big and small - who are looking for holistic and practical guidance as they embark on strategic change. Acutely aware that change can feel daunting, Emma established Elemental Change to help others break their change journey down to its simplest elements.
